Returns and Exchanges

Here at the Adventures of Little James we're committed to making sure you're a happy customer. 
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can send it back within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items, sorry!.

Returns

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please email us at sales@theadventuresoflittlejames.com. Returned items will not be accepted after 7 days from date of purchase. International orders are final sale.

Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item. Item(s) to be exchanged must be in original condition and packaging. Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock.
